Direct/Agent Inquiries
Import or enter the supplied guest details, complete the day-by-day itinerary and service prices, then save one proposal.
One manager controls every account. Administrators can enter new guest details only. Staff access is assigned below. Disabling or changing an account signs out its existing sessions.
Add an account
Saving a new enabled account automatically emails a staff login invitation. Invitation status and retry controls appear in the account list.
Invitation email connection
Use a Resend sending key restricted to ceylonfootprints.com. The key is encrypted on the server and is never displayed again.

Recent selected journeys
Save agent details once and select the agent by name or code when entering an inquiry. Codes stay the same. Deactivate an agent to stop new selections while keeping existing proposals traceable.
Review staff-entered guest enquiries and selected plans. Proposal requests include the guest’s contact details and message.
Plans & proposals
Review each journey, guest and estimate. Open a proposal to refine the itinerary and refer to its saved revisions and permanent numbered draft PDFs.
Confirmed tours
Guest-accepted proposals, preserved with their confirmation date and itinerary.
Recover inquiries and proposals deleted by mistake. Restoring an item brings back its saved details and status.
Inquiries and proposals are restored separately. Permanently deleting an item cannot be undone.
Vehicles & staffing
All vehicle travel is charged by mileage. The chosen Driver, Chauffeur Guide or National Guide is charged per tour day on top of mileage. Mileage covers vehicle and fuel only. Highway tolls and parking are entered separately in each proposal. All rates below are base costs before markup.
Activities & tickets
Your 2026 attraction and activity price reference. Open a category to view and edit its rates. Indicative prices remain subject to confirmation.
Dated rates are matched by overnight location, accommodation category, rooms and meal plan. Base rates receive the accommodation markup and appear separately in the guest estimate.
Booking.com live rates require approved partner access. Each draft provides a Booking.com search for its dates and room count. Verify a listing or a direct hotel quote, then save its exact conditions and source here.
Accommodation types
Manage the types available in itinerary and hotel-rate dropdowns. Adding a type does not create or change hotel prices.
Details are saved when a guest submits the questionnaire to generate plans. Email appears only when they request delivery. Latest 200 records shown.
AI planning & pricing rules
Knowledge library
Published advice guides new itineraries. Save drafts while checking details. Sample records never count as verified supplier prices.
Find a library record
Browse by record type or search a place, activity, package, or close spelling. Select Edit to change a record; Save keeps your edits. Discard Change leaves the saved version intact.
Bulk import, export and templates
Import JSON or Excel CSV uploads several records from one file. CSV is a spreadsheet saved as “Comma Separated Values”; JSON is a structured data file. Imported records start as drafts so you can review them before publishing. For one record, use Add a record above.

These 30 published Ceylon Footprints packages are built-in planning references. Their descriptions and routes can inspire new itineraries; operational details and prices still need checking.

15 activities from our activities page, with descriptions and photos. These are planning references; check the place, schedule, availability and supplier price before quoting.
Booklanka activity and tour references
Private planning references: 133 activities, 17 tours, and 30 adventure category pages. Listing prices are indicative. Edit a reference to change its guidance or price without altering confirmed supplier costs.

Shared map location library
303 named pins in the nine categories of the Sri Lanka Travel Map. Coordinates are planning leads; route detours are checked before suggesting a stop.

Secret keys are configured securely on the server. They are never displayed in this dashboard.
Delivery history
“Accepted” means the email provider accepted the message; it does not confirm inbox delivery. Guest, admin itinerary copy and confidential costing email are tracked separately.
Currency conversion
Daily exchange rates are cached automatically. Optional operator rates override automatic conversion for seven days from the date below. These are currency units per USD 1.
